A man by name "Bayo Ayeni" who is 47years old, was reportedly brought before a Grade 1 Court in Kubwa, Abuja, on Wednesday for allegedly engaging in Black Magic and Juju. The report came from the Nigeria News Agency ( NAN). Following an investigation by the policepolice, the defendant from Byazin across Kubwa, Abuja was charged for criminal conspiracy, unlawful juju and cheating.
All these charges sterm from the same incident. The attorney for the prosecution "John Okpa, testified in front of the court that the defendant, along with his accomplice, plotted against the complainant, Blessing Joseph, and convinced her to hand over her earnings to them, Okpa was the witness for the prosecution.
