In a statement on its verified X handle, the DSVA said: “We’re aware of a disturbing video circulating online.
“The woman below is seen to be sexually abusing a child and recorded it.
“If you have ANY information that can help identify the perpetrator and location, kindly contact our toll free line at 08000-333-333 or DM us on our social media platforms.
“DO NOT SHARE the video.
“Sharing it is a crime!”
